- Colour : A garnet colour slowly turning to amber.
- Nose : Aromas of red fruit, cherries and gooseberry.
- Palate : Soft and full of fruit with refined tannins, elegant and well-balanced
- Cellaring : Good ageing potential if well cellared, at 12° to 15°C, up to 5 years.
- Food pairing : serve at 15-16°Celsius with red or white meat barbecued and mild cheeses.
